I have never understood the difference between the various kind of syndication: RSS, Atom, whatever, or which one is better. Just like Mike, I just place the links, both RSS and Atom, on my site in case someone who knows how to use these things may benefit from it.
As a reader, I seldom use feed aggregator. All I have is an account with Bloglines. I guess I have also tried AmphetaDesk, but that is all. I prefer to surf to the site and enjoy the contents and design together. But as I am reading more and more blogs, perhaps I will start using an aggregator.
for friends’ blog, i will visit personally, but for those news sites, i will read via bloglines.

昨晚試了Blogline, 在加朋友blog url 時, 才發現原來很多朋友的blog都不support rss or atom 的. blogline的介面有點怪怪, 個人profile又沒有可加入自己的blog的功能, 感覺很怪…..
