為了突破自己，編導刻意故弄玄虛，將劉建明步向地獄的最後一程，用最複雜的方法描繪出來。編劇自己有無墮入「創作」的無間道，麥兆輝自己才知道。但我真的要到最後大約 20 分鐘，才想到今次的「大橋」是甚麼。 遺憾的是本片中段加插不少笑位，令全片風格不統一。 演員方面，劉德華戲份最重，但表現浮誇，與第一集的水準相距甚遠。梁朝偉，曾志偉，黃秋生，陳道明，一句講完：「嘥晒」。最差表現 (亦一早在預算中) 的是陳慧琳。據聞她付了 20 多萬圓學戲，真係「掉落鹹水海」還好。 作為三部曲的結局，《終極無間》勉強可以收貨 (怎樣說也較第二集好) 。 官方網頁
