近來甚麼藍天行動鬧哄哄。但除了「節流」外，「開源」對能源及環保都很重要。日本 JR 鐵路最近進行一項實驗，利用乘客入閘時踏上感壓系統來產生電力，在熙來攘往的車站可以節省不少電量。我們的廖局長不妨推薦給兩鐵試試。
